Good to know
- The price of the walk includes food for feeding the alpacas and a visit to the enclosure lasting up to 30 minutes.
- Payment by cash or via BLIK. We issue invoices.
- You can cancel your booking by telephone or text message – please let us know as soon as possible.
- Being late shortens the walk, as the alpacas need a rest and the next groups have their own scheduled times.
- In the event of bad weather, we will either cancel or reschedule the walk – the animals’ welfare is more important.
Vouchers
You can purchase a voucher once you have booked a date. It is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
