An alpaca therapy session

A relaxing session spent with alpacas, led by certified alpaca therapists.

We are certified alpaca therapists. The session takes place in a quiet part of the enclosure, with a small group of animals, and we tailor the session to the participant’s needs and abilities. Interaction with the alpaca is entirely voluntary at every stage – we do not pressure anyone into doing anything. We discuss the details and price over the phone, as every session is different.

    Good to know

    Common questions

Is alpaca therapy a medical treatment?

No. It is a form of interaction with an animal that promotes relaxation and builds self-confidence – it is not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy provided by a specialist.

Does the participant have to touch the alpaca?

No. Simply making eye contact and being in the vicinity of the herd is often enough, especially on the first encounter.
