Below you will find the information notice which, in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, we provide to anyone who contacts us regarding a visit to the farm. Information notice for guests and anyone contacting the farm
- Administrator. The data controller for your personal data is IZERSKIE ALPAKI Jarosław Szatkowski, 4 Radosna Street, flat 4, 59-900 Zgorzelec, NIP 6151816501, REGON 528889625.
- Contact. For enquiries regarding personal data, please write to kontakt@izerskiealpaki.pl or ring +48 455 405 185. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
- Objectives and legal basis. We process your data in order to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out an appointment (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), to issue an invoice and maintain accounts (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), as well as to establish, pursue or defend against claims and to ensure the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). We carry out analytics and advertising solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
- Recipients of the data. A web hosting and email service provider, an accountancy firm, providers of analytics and advertising tools (Google Ireland Limited, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), a bank or payment service provider, and entities authorised under the law.
- Transfers outside the EEA. With regard to Google and Meta tools, data may be transferred to third countries, including the United States, on the basis of the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Without your consent to analytics and marketing, such a transfer will not take place.
- Retention period. We retain correspondence and booking details for the duration of the case and for the limitation period for claims; we retain accounting documents for 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline expired; and we retain data processed on the basis of consent until such consent is withdrawn.
- Your rights. You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, to have it rectified, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on a legitimate interest, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
- Complaint. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Voluntary participation. Providing your details is voluntary, but we cannot book an appointment without your name, telephone number and the service you require. Providing the details required for the invoice is a requirement under tax legislation.
- Profiling. Advertising tools may select adverts based on your activity on the website. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that would have legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you.
Where do we get your data from?
We obtain your data exclusively from you – via the form on our website, by telephone, by email or from the details you provide when we issue an invoice. We do not purchase databases or obtain data from other sources.
